Delivery Information


1. How quickly can I expect delivery?

The process takes 3 to 4 business days. After you place an order and if it gets approved at 3:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) you may contact us for your tracking ID.

If you reject order because of delayed emails or orders, you will be blacklisted by our pharmacy network.

2. What shipping methods are available?

We only offer Free USPS Priority Mail (1 – 3 days) .

Once the pharmacy has received and reviewed your prescription ( eight business hours), it will be filled and shipped typically within one business day. We must have an adult signature at time of delivery.

We do not ship to American Samoa, Armed Forces Africa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Canada, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Middle East, Armed Forces Pacific, Federated States Of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or outside the U.S.

3. Why Does The Carrier (USPS) Say My Order Isn’t In Their System?

When you get your tracking ID, Your Tracking Number will not be Viewable in the Carrier’s (USPS) System until They SCAN THE ORDER INTO THEIR SYSTEM. Which is usually after 8:00pm EST.

4. Do You Ship Orders Everyday?

We do not process prescription orders on weekends or holidays. If you place an order after 3:00 PM on Friday EST, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped out the following day.

5.What is the order status ?

Normally, the order status is “Pending CS review” —–> “Ready to Fill” —-> “Label Printed” —-> “Shipped”. You can get your tracking ID when it is “ready to fill”. But is is a long way to be shipped and records be updated by USPS. So place be patient after you have your tracking ID.

6. When can I ask for my tracking ID ?

Normally the pharmacy can assign an tracking ID after eight business hours. Please wait for eight business hours for tracking ID. It wastes both your time and our time if you ask too early. We have to answer your emails if it is only in Pending review status and we must close the ticket after we answer your email.

If your email is correct, the system will update your tracking ID once your order is shipped.

7. Why my emails are not answered in time ?

You email us too many times. When you email us, your topic will be top up in the queue. We work at the bottom of the queue for older emails.
